Classic TT 2021 on the Isle of Man
The Classic TT (Classic Tourist Trophy) or Manx GP is becoming more and more important in the recent years. Compared to the more known Tourist Trophy , planned around the first Sunday of June, the Classic TT is more connected to vintage motorcycles. Quite often totally rebuilt . Those bikes have little remaining of vintage since they have been completely rebuilt. Plus the performance that has little to envy to modern motorcycles.
Compared to the Tourist Trophy you will see bikes in speed over 300 km/h on the famous TT Course. You will see spectacular vintage motorcycles. Plus the names of famous pilots of the past like Phil Read, Giacomo Agostini, Freddy Spencer and others. They are always in most consider the Classic TT a fundamental appointment in the list
We will move our motorcycles to London from where the real trip begins. We will then visit the Birmingham motorbike museum. Then we reach the ferry to the island. We will ride back to London after 4/5 days of full immersion on the Isle of Man. The bikes will be transported back to Italy with vans and carts.
A van will follow the motorbikes up to the port of the ferry to the islands. It will be parked ready to bring any damaged motorcycles back to London.
The level of the hotels is among the best, compatibly with the high costs during the TT Week. Prices of the hotels rise inexorably in the two weeks of both events: Tourist Trophy and Classic TT !
